Training on Emergency Management with the First Aider students of St. Benilde School Bacolod

Mountain Tigers Search and Rescue Bacolod had an opportunity to share their emergency training and skills with the First Aider Organization students of St. Benilde School Bacolod. Students were so anxious and curious on how to render help with their co-students, community members and to their family in times of emergency. The salient points on the training program were to teach the students on how to identify and treat different kinds of wounds. They also experienced how to execute basic bandaging on possible fracture cases and how to deal with cases of fainting, seizure and hyperventilation. Students were taught basic CPR and proper handling of injured patients.
